1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped broccoli
1 (14 1/4-ounce) can chicken broth
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 cup uncooked coucous

Directions:
Directions:
1. Thaw broccoli, and drain. Combine chicken broth, salt, and pepper in a saucepan; bring to a boil. Stir in couscous and broccoli. Cover, remove from heat, and let stand 5 minutes or until liquid is absorbed. Fluff with a fork.

Yield: 4 (1 cup) servings

Nutritional info: 180 calories, 1g fat (0g sat fat), 36g carbs, 4g fiber, 8g protein
