1⅔ cups all purpose flour
1 cup packed light brown sugar
¼ cuo cocoa
1 tsp. baking soda
¼ tsp. salt
1 cup water
⅓ cup vegetable oil
1 tsp. vinegar
¾ tsp. vanilla extract
½ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350º. Grease and flour 8 inch square pan.
In a small mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda and salt.
Add water, oil, vinegar and vanilla and beat until smooth.
Pour into prepared pan. Sprinkle with chocolate chips.
Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.
Coll in pan on wire racks. Cut into squares.
