2 c. flour
1 c. granulated sugar
1 c. butter

2 8 oz. cream cheese (softened)
4 T granulated sugar
4 T milk
2 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
20 oz crushed pineapple, well drained

2 c. flaked coconut
2 T butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour, sugar, butter. Pat in 9 x 13 pan. Bake 350º, 15-20 minutes, Cool.
Blend cream cheese, sugar, milk and eggs. Drain pineapple, add vanilla, and fold into cream cheese mixture. Spread over crust.
Combine coconut and butter, and sprinkle over crust. Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes until toasted and filling set.
Cool, cut, refrigerate. Best served next day.
