3 cups flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. yeast
1 1/2 cups warm water

Directions:
Directions:
In a bowl, stir the flour, salt, yeast, and water until combined. Cover with plastic wrap and set at room temperature for 8-24 hours. Turn dough out onto well floured surface and form into a ball. Rest for 30 minutes. In the meantime, place baking dish with high sides into the oven and preheat to 450º. S to baking dish and cover. Slash "X" on top of bread, carefully transfer to baking dish and cover. Bake 30 minutes; uncover and bake 10-15 minutes more until golden brown. Cool before slicing.
