6 or 7 tomatoes...
3 cloves of garlic...
1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil...
1 T dried Italian seasonings...
1 t sea salt, more or less to taste...
1/2 t freshly ground pepper...
2 baguettes, French bread is similar...

Directions:
Directions:
Cut tomatoes in half then quarters and squeeze out some of the seeds and juices...
Roughly chop tomatoes and place in a large bowl...
Add the olive oil, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper...
Stir well...
Let sit out for 30 to 45 minutes...
Refrigerate until ready to use..cut bread in 1/2 inch rounds prior to serving....
Enjoy!
