SALAD:
¼ c. diced tomatoes
1 head romaine lettuce
1 c. cashews
1 apple, cubed
1 pear, cubed
1 c. Swiss cheese, shredded

DRESSING:
½ c. sugar
½ c. lemon juice
2 tsp. finely chopped onion
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
½ tsp. salt
1 tsp. poppy seeds
⅔ c. oil

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the salad ingredients together. For the dressing combine the first six ingredients and add oil slowly while mixing. Toss with salad.
