1½ cups oil
2 cups sugar
3 cups flour
4 eggs
2 teaspoons baking soda
2 teaspoons baking powder
½ teaspoons salt
3 teaspoons cinnamon
1 teaspoon cloves
2 teaspoons vanilla
3 cups grated carrots
1 small can of crushed pineaopple with juice
2 cup nuts
1 cup raisins

Icing:
4 oz softened butter
4 oz softened cream cheese
1 pound powdered sugar
½ teaspoon vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients for cake together and place in 350º oven 30-50 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.

Mix icing ingredients in blender until creamy. Add milk if necessary to obtain medium stiff consistency for spreading.
