6 large peppers green, red, yellow orange, what ever color, just remember green peppers are not as sweet as all the others...
1 cup Italian dressing, you can buy or make it yourself...
1/2 cup fresh basil...
Black olives, pitted and halved...
Mozzarella cheese, those in small balls....
1/8 t of fresh ground pepper...

Roast peppers, until skins are charred, on stove burner or in hot oven, at least 375º ...
Lay peppers on ribbed baking sheet, very light coat of olive oil spray, put oven, turning every 5 minutes until charred completely, peppers will be very soft, put in bag and rest for at least 30 minutes...
Skin them and seed them....
Lay peppers in bowl after slicing them into strips, add the olives, mozzarella balls, basil (torn into pieces) and pepper...

Add Italian dressing to pepper mixture, gently but thoroughly mix well...
Put in fridge for 4 hours...
Let stand for 45 minutes at room temperature before serving...
Enjoy!
