- ¼ Cup Dry Milk
- 2 Tbsp Flour
- 1 C Cold Water
- 1 Tbsp Butter
- ½ tsp Cavender's
- Dash Salt & Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
- Combine dry milk, flour, salt, pepper, and Cavender's in a covered jar and mix well. Add water. Shake until all the ingredients are dissolved. Melt butter in a 1 quart saucepan. Stir in the flour and milk mixture and cook over low heat until the mixture thickens and starts to bubble. Keep stirring until thickened completely.
