6 Lasagna Noodles
3-4 Cups Mashed Potatoes
1 Tbsp Onion Powder
½ tsp Garlic Powder
½ tsp Cavender's Greek Seasoning
1 Package Kraft 5 Italian Cheese Blend
1 Jar Ragu Roasted Garlic Parmesan Alfredo Sauce
Parsley (for garnish)

1 Bread Loaf Pan is needed
1. Preheat oven to 375ºF and grease a loaf pan (or similar kind of baking dish) with butter or nonstick spray.
2. Cook lasagna noodles according to package directions, and set aside.
3. In a large bowl combine the mashed potatoes, onion powder, garlic powder, and Cavender's.
4. Cut the 6 lasagna noodles to size of the loaf pan, and keep the short lasagna pieces. Don't throw them away.
5. Place 2 lasagna noodles on the bottom of the loaf pan.
6. On top of the noodles place a ½ inch of mashed potatoes, spread a little Alfredo sauce over potatoes, then followed by a ¼ inch of cheese.
7. Repeat Steps 5 & 6 until you have 3 total layers.
8. Cover the last layer with the short lasagna pieces, more Alfredo sauce, and Cheese.
9. Bake for 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
10. If you want: put more Alfredo sauce on top & then garnish with Parsley & Serve hot and enjoy!

From Jeanne - You’ll notice that I use Cavender’s Greek Seasoning quite frequently. Kind of like how some people use Lowry’s Seasoning Salt. I order it online now since Butch & I aren't together anymore, and Daddy Tom got me hooked on it. LOL
