16 OZ JAR CHEESE WHIZ
1 1/2 CUPS CUBED POTATOES
20 OZ FROZEN PEAS
1 1/2 CUPS CHOPPED BROCCOLI
1 TO 2 STALKS CELERY DICED
1 SMALL ONION DICED
1 1/2 CUPS FLOUR
12 CHICKEN BULLION CUBES
2 QUARTS (8 CUPS WATER)

IN A LARGE SAUCE PAN PUT ALL VEGGIES IN AND FILL WITH WATER BIOL UNTIL POTATOES ARE TENDER. IN ANOTHER LARGE SAUCE PAN ADD THE 2 QUARTS OF WATER AND ADD THE BULLION AND BOIL UNTIL BULLION IS DISSOLVED. IN ANOTHER SMALL SAUCE PAN MELT THE BUTTER AND STIR IN THE FLOUR, THEN ADD TO THE BROTH. STIR WITH WIRE WHISK UNTIL SMOOTH. SLIGHTLY MELT CHEESE WHIZ IN MICROWAVE (MAKE SURE SOMETING IS UNDER IT AND WATCH CLOSE) AND ADD TO MIXTURE AND STIR UNTIL CHEESE IS COMPLETELY MELTED. THEN DRAIN VEGETABLES AND ADD TO THE CHEESE SAUCE. STIR TOGETHER AND EAT.
