1 BRICK CREAM CHEESE
1 LB GROUND SAUSAGE (IF YOU DO STORE BOUGHT, USE JIMMYDEAN SAGE)
3 FINELY CHOPPED GREEN ONIONS
1/2 FINELY CHOPPED GREEN PEPPER
1-2 JALAPENOS FINELY CHOPPED (SEEDS REMOVED) ALSO OPTIONAL.

WASH MUSHROOMS AND PULL STEMS OUT AND SET ASIDE

BROWN SAUSAGE AND DRAIN FAT. MIX ALL OF THE REST OF THE INGREDIENTS TOGETHER WITH BEATERS AND ADD SAUSAGE MIX ALL OF IT TOGETHER WELL. STUFF INTO MUSHROOM HEADS AND BAKE ON 350 FOR 20-30 MINUTES.
