16 ounces thin spaghetti noodles
1 pound ground beef
salt and pepper, to táste
1 small onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
24-ounce jars marinara pasta sauce
3 Tablespoons butter
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sour cream
1 cup cottage cheese
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
2/3 cup freshly gráted parmesán cheese

Prepare the 3 layers:
1st layer: cook the noodles & add 1/2 cup of sauce

2nd layer: brown the beef & garlic, and combine the remainder of the sauce with the beef.

3rd layer: combine the rest of the ingredients, except the mozzarella, in a bowl.

Layer in a casserole dish in this order:
1/2 noodles
1/2 sauce mixture
1/2 cheese mixture
1/2 noodles
1/2 cheese mixture
1/2 sauce mixture
top with mozzarella

Bake at 350º for 30-40 minutes!
