1 pound lean ground beef
2 tablespoons butter
1 small yellow onion diced
1 small green bell pepper diced
8 ounces brown mushrooms minced (optional)
2 tablespoons ketchup
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoon Kosher salt
1 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
1/2 tablespoon dry mustard
2 tablespoon cornstarch
1/2 cup beef broth
2 cups shredded mozzarella
hot dog buns or sub rolls
8 slices of provolone cheese (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Brown beef with butter, onions, and green peppers. Place inside crockpot, and mix with other ingredients. Stir well, and cook on low for 2-4 hours. Spread on a roll and eat! I usually serve with a piece of provolone cheese.
