3 DOZEN HARD BOILED EGGS PEELED
1 QUART (4 CUPS) WHITE VINEGAR
2 TABLESPOONS SUGAR
2 TABLESPOONS PICKLING SPICE
16 OZ JAR OF PEPPERONCINI PEPPERS JUICE AND ALL
1 SLICED PURPLE OR WHITE ONION (I USE PURPLE)
WATER - NO MORE THAN 1 TO 1 1/2 CUPS

MIX ALL INGREDIENTS TOGETHER AND LET SIT FOR A FEW HOURS. BEST IF SAT OVERNIGHT.
