Ingredients:  
1 lg bunch of Kale, stemmed and torn into bite size pieces (about 5 cups)
1 1/4 lb seedless red grapes, halved
8 oz crumbled feta cheese
8 oz chopped walnuts, toasted
1/3 c seasoned rice vinegar, or to taste (or regular rice vinegar with salt and honey added to taste)
1/3 c honey
3 tbsp olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Toss together kale, grapes, feta, and walnuts in a very large salad bowl.
Whisk together rice vinegar, honey, and oil in a small bowl.
Pour dressing over salad and toss to coat

Let it stand about 30 mins to soften kale a bit
