1 large bell pepper
1 small onion, chopped
1 small can mushrooms
1 whole deboned chicken(cooked)
1˝ cup cooked noodles (cooked in chicken broth)
1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
2 cups grated cheese
1 can LeSueur English peas (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté the onion, bell pepper and mushrooms in butter.
Add chopped chicken to mixture.
Add mashed tomatoes, noodles and 1 1/2 cup of cheese.
Simmer for about 15 minutes.
Pour into baking dish, top with remaining cheese and bake until done.
