4 slices of bread (I use 6)
1 lb. sausage
6 eggs
2 c. milk
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt and pepper
1 c. grated sharp cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Tear the bread slices and place in a greased 9x13 baking pan. Brown sausage and spoon over bread. Sprinkle with 1 cup grated sharp cheese. Beat together eggs, milk, dry mustard, salt and pepper. Pour over mixture in pan. Bake in preheated 350º oven 35 - 40 minutes. Can be prepared the night before, covered and refrigerated, and baked in the morning. I have made this with diced peppers, diced onions and have used different cheeses.
