1 ½ c sugar
⅓ c light corn syrup
¾ oz cinnamon candy (red hots)
⅔ c water
1 jar unsalted dry roasted peanuts

Directions:
Directions:
Heat and dissolve sugar, corn syrup, and candies in water. Bring to a boil and continue boiling until mixture is at the brittle thread stage. (The mixture forms brittle threads when a small amount is drizzled in COLD water)
Pour mixture in a sheet pan and sprinkle dry roasted peanuts (unsalted) on top. Let harden and crack into pieces.
Store in an air tight container.
