3 to 3½ boneless beef bottom round roast
1 can [10.5 oz] cream of mushroom soup
1 [2 oz] dry onion soup mix
6 small red potatoes, halved
2 medium carrots, cut into 2 inch pieces

Directions:
Directions:
Stir soup, onion soup mix, potatoes and carrots in 4.5 quart slow cooker. Add beef and turn to coat. Cover and cook on LOW for 8 to 9 hours or on HIGH 4 to 5 hours until beef is fork-tender.
