1 14 ¾ oz can Pink Salmon
5 c cooked Pasta of your choice
½ c. thinly sliced carrots
½ c. thinly sliced celery
⅓ c. sliced black olives
¼ c. chopped green onion
¼ c. thinly sliced green or red bell pepper
2 tbsp grated Parmesan Cheese

Dressing:
½ c red wine vinegar
¼ c vegetable oil
2 tbsp Olive Oil
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp dried crushed oregano leaves
1 tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper

Directions:
Directions:
1. Drain salmon and remove skin and bones. Break into large pieces.
2. In a medium bowl combine salmon, cooked chilled pasta, and all other ingredients.
3. Mix dressing ingredients together.
4. Pour over salmon mixture. Toss carefully to coat.
5. Cover and chill or serve immediately.
