1 tablespoon chili powder
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano

1/2 teaspoon paprika
1 1/2 teaspoons ground cumin
1 teaspoon sea salt
1 teaspoon black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Brown one to one and a half pounds ground meat. Drain the fat off. Mix together seasonings and use 2-3 TBS of seasoning per pound of browned ground meat, add 1/2 cup of water. Bring to a boil then simmer for 10 to 15 minutes.

I doctor it up to taste by adding salsa, more cumin and more chili powder.

Serve with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, salsa, shredded cheese, sour cream, jalepenos, banana peppers, taco sauce and avocados.
