Ingredients:

2 whole beaten eggs
2 cups flour
2 cups sugar
1 can crushed pineapple( in natural juices)
2 Teaspoons baking powder
1 Teaspoons vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Pour into a 9x13 greased and floured pan.
Bake at 350º for 40-45 minutes.
Cool completely and ice with cream cheese icing.
 

Cream Cheese Icing


Ingredients:

8 ozs cream cheese, softened
1 stick butter
1 3/4 Cups powdered sugar
1 Teaspoon vanilla
1 cup nuts (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cream cheese and butter by hand and add powdered sugar, vanilla and nuts. Spread over cooled cake.
