2 lbs. Round Steak, cut into serving pieces.
2 Tablespoons of oil
1 package of dry onion soup mix
1 can golden mushroom soup
Flour to coat
Directions:
Directions:
Cut steak into serving size and dredge with flour. May add salt and pepper if desired.
Brown meat in oil and turn to low.
Sprinkle soup mix over the steaks
Pour mushroom soup and 1 ½ cans of water over meat. Stir gently.
Simmer 2½ hours or until fork tender.
