6 Eggs, separated
½ tsp Cream of Tartar
1 C Sugar, divided
4 tsp Flour
4 tsp Cocoa
¼ tsp Salt
1 tsp Vanilla
Confectionery Sugar
Whipped Cream

Directions:
Directions:
Beat until stiff - 6 egg whites and ½ tsp cream of tartar. Add ½ C sugar, beat till glossy.
In separate bowl mix 6 egg yolks, ½ C sugar, sift 4 tbsp flour, 4 tbsp cocoa, ¼ tsp salt.
Add yolks with 1 tsp vanilla. Fold into egg whites. Pour into cookie sheet lined with greased wax paper. Bake at 325º for 20 minutes.
Turn onto towel covered with confectionery sugar. Remove paper and roll the long way. When cool remove towel and fill with whipped cream and roll.
