* 1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
* 1 Tbsp cornstarch
* 1 1/2 tsp dry mustard
* 1/8 tsp cloves
* 1/2 cup raisins
* 1 Tbsp butter
* 1 cup water
* 2 Tbsp lemon juice

Directions: In a small sauce pan combine the first 4 ingredients. Add the rest of the ingredients ; stir until smooth. Heat on medium until the mixture boils and thickens , stirring occasionally. Simmer about 10 minutes to blend the flavors.
Serve warm with ham or pork dishes.
Note: You can substitute all or part of the sugar with Splenda for diabetic diets.
