1 Packaged of Diced Potatoes Potatoes O’Brien
1 lb Cooked Ground Pork Sausage
1 Tsp Fennel Seeds
1 Tsp Ground Sage
2 Cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
12 Eggs Beaten

Directions:
Directions:
In a 6-quart slow cooker, spray it with non-stick spray; place the potatoes in the bottom.
Next, place the ground sausage on top and then the fennel and ground sage.
Top it with the cheese.
Pour the beaten eggs evenly over the entire dish.
Cover and cook on low for 8 hours.
