2 boxes Jiffy cornbread mix, follow directions on the box
1 medium chopped onion
8 oz shredded cheddar cheese/hot pepper
1 small can cream style corn
1 small can whole corn
12 oz sour cream
1/4 cup finely chopped green chilies
1 tbsp chopped jalapeno pepper
1/3 cup oil
4 eggs
1/3 cup bacon crumbled

Preheat oven to 300º
Mix cornbread according to instructions on the box. Broil 6 slices or less bacon; drain and crumble. Grease pan with butter and spread crumbled bacon on the pan. Mix remaining ingredients into cornbread mix. Spoon into pan. Bake 50 to 55 minutes.
