Double Crust:
1¾ cup flour
¼ tsp salt
½ cup vegetable oil
3 tbsp cold water

Single Crust:
1 cup + 2 tbsp flour
¼ tsp salt
⅓ cup vegetable oil
2 tbsp cold water

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix together flour and salt.
2. Stir in vegetable oil, just till blended; don't over-mix.
3. Add water. Again, don't over-mix.
4. Form dough into 2 balls (1 for single crust pastry recipe). Gently flatten by hand on a layer
of waxed paper. Cover with another layer of waxed paper and roll to the diameter needed for
your pie plate.
**If doing a 2 crust pie, put about 8 little dabs of butter on top of pie filling before putting on the top crust.
This makes the crust extra flaky.
