8 slices of fully cooked thick cut bacon...
2 T of Brown Sugar & Spice ham glaze, Boar's Head brand...
Brown sugar & spice ham glaze can be purchased at Publix...

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º...
Lay each piece of bacon on a rimmed baking sheet lined with parchment paper...
Bake until done, turning over half way through the baking process...
About 20 minutes total...
Cool on paper towels...
Put new parchment paper on baking dish, add the cooked bacon...
Using a pastry brush, brush brown sugar and spice glaze on bacon, suggest placing the glaze in microwave 10 to 15 seconds to warm glaze before brushing on bacon...
Place the bacon in oven for 5 minutes or until glaze is bubbly...
Remove and cool before serving....
Can serve with wedge salad or serve with a Bloody Mary or by itself....

Can make ahead 2 or 3 days....can freeze, be sure you put parchment paper between slices if freezing so bacon does not stick together...
