1 yellow cake mix (no pudding in the mix)
1 small instant vanilla pudding
4 eggs
3/4 Cup sherry
3/4 Cup oil
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon nutmeg
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Mix all the ingredients and beat until well blended. Pour into a greased and floured bread pans (2). Bake at 350 for 50 minutes or until a cake tester inserted comes out dry. immediately brush with melted butter and dust with powdered sugar.
