1/2 Tbsp Dijon mustard
1 Tbsp light mayonnaise
4 slices Nature's Ownę Butterbread
2 ounces thinly sliced turkey lunchmeat
4 slices tomato
2 slices light swiss cheese
4 slices center cut bacon, cooked crisp
black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Combine mustard and mayonnaise in a small bowl. Spread 1/2 Tbsp mustard mixture over each bread slice. Layer each of 2 slices with 1 ounce turkey, 2 tomato slices, 1 slice cheese, and 2 slice bacon. Sprinkle with pepper and top with remaining bread slices.
Place a large skillet over medium heat until hot. Coat 1 side of each sandwich with cooking spray; place sandwiches, coated side down, in skillet. Cook 2 minutes or until toasted. Coat top with spray and turn sandwiches over. Cook 2 more minutes or until toasted and cheese melts.
Cut sandwiches in half.
