1/4 Cup butter or margarine
1 Cup brown sugar
1/2 Cup white Karo syrup
1/2 can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
5 Quarts (popped) plain popcorn

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar, butter and Karo syrup into a pot. Bring to a boil. Stir in milk and cook until soft ball stage 235 degrees (be careful it doesn't burn). Remove form heat, stir in vanilla. Pour over the popcorn and form into balls and wrap in plastic wrap.
