2 Tbsp light mayonnaise
dash of nutmeg
4 slices Nature's OwnŠ Butterbread
4 slices SargentoŠ thin sliced cheddar cheese
2 pineapple rings
2 ounces lean sliced ham

Directions:
Directions:
Combine mayonnaise and nutmeg in a small bowl; stir well. Spread mayonnaise mixture evenly over 2 bread slices; top each with 2 slices of cheese, a pineapple ring, 1 ounce ham and remaining bread slices.
Place a large skillet over medium heat until hot. Coat 1 side of each sandwich with cooking spray; place sandwiches, coated side down, in skillet. Cook 2 minutes or until toasted. Coat top with cooking spray; turn sandwiches over.
Cover, reduce heat to low, and cook 3 minutes or until toasted and cheese melts.
