2 medium carrots, shredded
2 stalks celery, thinly sliced
1/3 cup Bolthouse Farmsİ chucky blue cheese yogurt dressing
1 pound chicken breasts, pounded flat
2 Tbsp buffalo chicken wing sauce
8 sandwich thins, toasted

Directions:
Directions:
Combine carrots and celery in a large bowl. Add dressing and stir to coat; set aside.
Cut each chicken breast in half crosswise to make 8 pieces. Cook chicken in a hot skillet coated with cooking spray.
Cook 4 minutes on each side and then pour wing sauce over, turn to coat.
Place one piece of breast on bottom half of bun and top with veggie mixture. Place sandwich tops on the veggies and enjoy.
