1 pound Brown and Serve Sausage Links
3 eggs
1 1/2 cups milk
3 Tablespoons melted butter
4 teaspoons baking powder
1 3/4 sifted flour
1 1/2 Tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs until light and fluffy. Add milk and butter. Sift dry ingredients together and add gradually to the liquid mixture. Beat only enough to smooth batter. Pour into a greased jelly roll pan. Arrange sausage links on the batter. Bake 15 minutes at 450 degrees. Cut into 10 servings. Serve hot with maple syrup or jellies.
