Ingredients:  
2 cans cream style corn
2 eggs per can – beaten
1 sleeve saltine crackers, crushed
1/4 c. sugar
salt to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Mix corn and eggs together. Add crushed crackers; mix.
Add sugar and salt. Pour into a greased baking dish.
Crush more crackers on top. Add pats of butter on top of crackers.
Bake at 350º – 375º for one hour.

This is Audrey Beager's recipe and I haven't found a scalloped or baked corn I like better!
