3 cups flour
2 eggs
1 tsp salt
Water to make a soft dough

1 1/2 cup dry cottage cheese
1 egg
Salt and pepper

Directions:

Make dough

Roll out and cut into squares

Place spoon of cheese mixture on each square

Fold over and seal edges

Put in boiling water and cook until done

Fry in butter or put fried bread crumbs over them
