1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1 tbls cornstarch
1/4 cup water
1/3 cup cream
2 tbls light Corn syrup
1 tbls butter
1/2 tsp vanilla
Directions:
Directions:

In heavy sauce pan combine brown sugar and cornstarch. Stir in water. Stir in cream and corn syrup. Cook and stir until bubbly (mixture may appear curdled). Cook and stir for 2 minutes more. Remove sauce pan from heat and stir in butter and vanilla

Serve warm or Cool over ice cream , Baked fruits or cake
