1 small onion - chopped
½ cup chopped green bell pepper
1 tablespoon butter
1 cup evaporated skim milk
2 tablespoons nonfat dry milk
2 teaspoons curry powder
2 tablespooons dry white wine
½ pound medium shrimp peeled and deveined
½ pound scallops sliced in half
½ cup seeded and chopped fresh tomato
2 tablespoons slivered almonds
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

Directions:
Directions:
In a nonstick skillet saute the onion and green pepper in a little oil. Remove from pan and reserve. Heat butter in skillet and add evaporated milk and dry milk. Stir until sauce thickens. Add curry, wine, shrimp,scallops, sauteed vegetables,and chopped tomatoes. Heat through until shrimp and scallops are cooked through.

Serve over hot rice with garnish of almonds and parsley.
