1 pound raw shrimp (deveined)
½ cup onion - chopped
1 clove of garlic - minced
½ cup celery - chopped
½ cup parsley chopped
⅓ cup bell pepper - chopped
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 cups tomatoes
1 cup tomato sauce
½ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
½ teaspoon hot sauce
1 teaspoon salt
3 cups cooked rice
2 cups water

Directions:
Directions:
Saute the onion, celery, parsley and bell pepper until tender. Add water, tomatoes, tomato sauce and garlic. Simmer for 5 minutes. Add Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, and salt. Cook mixture for 30 minutes until thickened. Add shrimp and cook for 5-10 minutes more until shrimp are done. Serve over rice.
