1 package (15 1/2 ounces) brownie mix
3 cups miniature marshmallows
1/4 cup milk
Few drops peppermint extract
Few drops green food coloring
1 cup whipping cream, whipped

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare brownie mix according to package directions. Spread into greased 13 x 9-inch baking pan.Bake in preheated 350 degree oven 15 minutes or until brownies test done. Cool completely.
Melt marshmallows with milk in top of double boiler over boiling water. Stir until smooth. Remove from heat and add extract and food coloring. Chill until slightly thickened (about 10 minutes). Fold into whipped cream. Spread over cooled brownies.
Freeze. Remove from freezer 30 minutes before serving and allow to remain at room temperature. Makes 20 (2-inch) squares.
