1 cup butter
1 cup peanut butter
1 cup sugar
1 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
2 eggs, beaten
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 1/2 cups sifted flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt

Directions:
Directions:
Beat butters and sugars until light and fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla.
Sift flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Add to butter mixture. Roll dough into 1 inch balls and flatten with a fork in a criss-cross pattern. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 12-15 minutes.
