1 medium head lettuce - broken in bite sized pieces
1 cup thinly sliced red onion
1 cup thinly sliced celery
1 can (6 oz) sliced water chestnuts - drained
1 package (10 oz) frozen peas - cooked
1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
1 cup diced tomatoes
1 cup Mayonnaise or 1 cup Mayo and 1 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon sugar
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon pepper
1 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese
½ cup Parmesan cheese
Bacon bits
Sprouts

Directions:
Directions:
Arrange lettuce pieces in bottom of wide clear glass bowl. Arrange on top of the lettuce in layers the onions, celery, water chestnuts, sprouts, peas, mushrooms and tomatoes.

Spread Mayo over entire salad sealing it to bowl on all sides. Sprinkle with sugar, salt and pepper. Top with Mozzarella cheese and grated Parmesan cheese. Sprinkle with bacon bits.

Cover with foil. Refridgerate at least 8 hours or overnight.
