4 eggs
¼ cup whipping cream
8 slices bacon (chopped)
½ cup sliced mushrooms
½ cup sliced carrotts
1 garlic clove - minced
¼ cup butter
½ cup cauliflower
½ cup frozen peas (thawed)
½ cup sliced zucchini
½ cup red bell pepper cut in 1 inch strips
¼ cup green onions
1 pound package fettucini noodles
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions:
Beat eggs with cream in small bowl and set aside. Cook bacon until crisp. Remove, drain and set aside. Add mushrooms, carrots, cauliflower, peas, zucchini, red peppers, onion and garlic to skillet. Saute until tender about 5 minutes.

Meanwhile cook fettucini in large amount of boiling water until al dente. Drain well.

Transfer to large serving bowl. Add butter and toss through. Add egg mixture and toss lightly. Add vegetables, bacon and cheese and toss again. Season with salt and pepper. Serve hot.
