¾ c. salted butter, room temperature, cut in pieces
½ c. confectionery sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 T. honey
1 T. orange zest
½ tsp. orange extract
1½ c. flour
plastic wrap
candy sprinkles (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325° F. Using a mixer, cream butter and sugar. Mix in vanilla, honey, orange zest and orange extract. Mix in flour, 1/2 cup at a time, until the dough comes together. Put dough into an 8" x 8" ungreased pan. Cover with plastic wrap and press dough evenly in the pan. Discard the plastic wrap and pierce the dough all over with a fork. Cover with candy sprinkles. Bake for 20-25 minutes, until it starts to brown. Remove from the oven and let cool 10 minutes and then cut into squares, fingers or triangles while warm, not hot. Let cool in pan or on a cooling rack.
