3 cup sugar
4 eggs
1 teaspoon cinnamon
3/4 cup water
1 cup oil
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon nutmeg
15 oz. can Libby's pumpkin
3 1/3 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking soda

*Add 1 - 1 1/2 Tablespoons of dark molasses, optional

Oven to 375º
Mix all ingredients in large bowl. Pour into greased and floured fluted pan or angel food cake pan. Bake 1 hour and 20 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool and remove from pan.
