Sauce: 1/2 c. butter, 1/2 c. flour, 3 c. chicken broth, 1 c. milk, 2 c. cheese, salt and pepper

Filling: 1-1/2 c. chopped cooked chicken, 1/2 c. chopped onion, 1/4 tsp. thyme, 1/4 tsp. garlic salt, 1 c. cheddar cheese, 1/4 c. dry white wine, salt and pepper

1 box Stuff-A-Roni noodles (Manicotti will also work)

Sauce:
Melt butter in large pan, add flour and mix. Add chicken broth, milk, cheese, salt, and pepper to taste. Simmer until thickened.
Filling:
In a large bowl, mix chicken, onion, thyme, garlic salt, cheese, wine, salt and pepper

Stuff noodles with filling - put in 9 x 13 Pyrex dish
pour sauce over noodles and bake at 375º for 1 hour
