½ pound broad noodles
4 tablespoons of butter
3 eggs
1 cup sugar
1½ teaspoon cinnamon
2 apples, sliced
¼ cup raisins
½ cup chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Boil and drain noodles.

Heat butter in a skillet

Add noodles to butter and cook just long enough to absorb the butter.

Add sugar, eggs and remaining ingredients.

Place in a well-greased pudding dish and bake for 1 hour in a moderate oven.

Serve hot with any pudding sauce.
