David's Fajitas Recipe

1 onion
1 green pepper
2-3 cloves of garlic
1 can black beans
12 tomatoes
1 can chopped green chilies
Shredded cheese
Flour tortillas
guacamole
sour cream
salsa
2-4 skinned boned chicken (breasts)
2-3 lemons
soy sauce
garlic clove

Directions:
Directions:
Cut the chicken into strips

Marinade chicken in lemon juice, soy sauce, and garlic

Saute onion, green pepper, and garlic

Add chopped tomatoes, black beans, and chilies.

Grill chicken basting with marinade.

Warm tortillas.

Serve with chicken, bean mixture, cheese, guacamole, salsa, and sour cream.

When Uncle David was young (before Jennifer), he would go to visit the Glicks and Goodmans at the Jersey Shore. He made them many a memorable meal. For Sherry's forty-first birthday, the theme was Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and the dinner featured a green turtle shaped cake. According to Aunt Debby, it was a masterpiece. This is just one of David's staples.
